Thank You to My Helpers

I had the first of my “Thank You” dinners yesterday. I made steak on the grill; it was T-Bones for Jim and Mike who did most of the work. Their meat nearly covered the whole plate. Even that was not enough of a thanks for all they have done. Terri, Patsy, Lisa and I had KC strip steaks. Mike wondered what Kansas City Strip steaks were. We had to tell him that is a regional term for the strip steak. Many people call it the New York strip. Whatever you call it, it is tasty. I generally prefer the Ribeye, but the strip steaks came with a set of steak knives and I needed the knives, so it was a good deal.

I will be having another dinner for those who were not able to make it to this one. Wes, Jill, Linda, Shiloh, my mom and David will come. I think I will have Lisa back too. She makes the best cheesy bread ; )

That’s no small fish.
